Impact Crusher

Impact crusher, as the very name implies, uses impact for crushing material. Once the material is crushed into desired size, it is allowed to escape from the openings at the end, bottom or side of the cage. Soft material are usually crushed using this crushing machine. The two main components of this machine ate rotors and beaters. Once the operator feed the material into the machine from the top, beaters start to impact and push the fed material towards the inner surface of the machine. If the  customers requirement is fine material, then they can ask for a bottom screen, which will not allow the material to leave the impact crusher until it is fine.
