Jaw Crusher

Jaw crusher is a primary crushing unit that applies compressive force for breaking material. There are a couple of jaws that are vertically inclined and applies mechanical pressure to achieve a usual reduction ratio of 6:1. In the jaw crusher, one jaw is fixed, while the other moves back and forth. The movable jaw performs multiple strokes to crush the material in the crusher fed from the top. This heavy duty material crushing machine incorporates weighted flywheel that provides the inertia needed for crushing material. The material in the lump form can be crushed by the jaw crusher into fine particles, based on the requirement.
